Conditions:

1. Booking will be finally confirmed if total cost transferred to Kayed Tours within 15 days from the date of registration.
2. No refund will be made after the confirmation of the registration without written approval from Kayed Tours.
   No refund will be made under any circumstance after January 01, 2010
3. Confirmation is subject to availability at the hotel required.

Registration fees as follows:

• US$ 200.00 if booking made before December 31, 2009
• US$ 300.00 if booking made January 01 -  March 31, 2010
• US$ 400.00 if booking made after April 01, 2010.

Confirmation:

• Confirmation will be made by email or fax after we receive the registration.
  Payment to be made within 15 days from the date of the confirmation letter.
  If not received the payment in due time, booking will be cancelled.
  For Registration without accommodation: Final confirmation will be by email if received payment within 2 weeks from date of registration date, otherwise registration will be cancelled automatically.

Cancellation & refund:

• No refund can be made at any time or under any circumstances without a written approval from Kayed Tours.
  No refund can be made if service required already rendered.
  No refund can be made in case of no show.
  No refund can be made if cancellation made before 45 days of the start date of the conference.
  50% of the total amount can be refunded in case of cancellation if made before more than 45 days of the start day of the conference..
  Payment by bank transfer or western union only.
  Credit cards acceptaple only on sight.
• According to rules of credit cards we can charge the credit card if we receive the followings:
  Copy of the holder Passport.
  Copy for both sides of the credit card
  Deget numbers of the credit card
  A letter allowing Kayed Tours to charge mentioned amount.
